APPOINTMENTS:
Please call ahead to make an appointment for your pet. If you have a sick animal, please tell the receptionist and we will always see you the same day. If you have an emergency during the day, please call us to let us know so that we may have a doctor waiting. If you have an emergency when the office is closed, please call the Central Jersey Veterinary Emergency Service at (732) 283-3535 and they will be able to assist you.
ADMISSIONS:
Routine admissions for surgery and medical work-ups are between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. If morning admissions are not convenient, arrangements can be made for admission the evening prior to the scheduled procedure. Admission forms must be signed and you will be given a written estimate. No animals will be admitted into the hospital without proof of vaccination.
SURGICAL PREPARATION & PROCEDURES:
Withhold food from 7 p.m. the evening prior to surgery or any anesthetic procedure. Do not restrict water. Please call after 4 p.m. the day of the procedure to check on your pet. At this time your pet's condition and the day and time of release will be discussed.
PAYMENT
Payment is requested at the time of release. We can accept Checks, MasterCard, VISA and American Express. If you have a problem with the written estimate and meeting the financial obligation, please discuss this with the Doctor before services are rendered. We're sorry, but we do not bill. |
